Vintage reticules are definitely a part of the fun in selecting a scope for a vintage build. Often we get asked what the Redfield 4PCCH reticle is. Well, as the photo above will show, the 4PCCH, or rather 4 post center crosshair is a version of the 4 plex (aka duplex) reticle but where there is an additional step down from heavy to medium to fine crosshair. It’s a very cool and pretty rare reticule that capitalizes on the superior functionality of a 4 plex in a hunting situation but with the additional cool factor and useability in the field.
